The brand selectivity of China's indoor environment and building materials is far greater than that of developed countries. At present, the indoor environment or building materials brands sold in China mainly come from developed regions in Europe and North America. 

Among them, Germany is more suitable for costumers in Europe, and the United States is mainly in North America. Due to the language, market understanding and trust in product certification, it is difficult for costumers to choose a trusted brand. Most of them rely on the introduction of salespeople in the process of brand selection. When the demand of the continuous market increases, all unexpected or dishonest phenomena occur.

中国室内环境和建筑材料的品牌选择性,远远大于发达国家,目前在中国销售的室内环境或建筑材料品牌,集中来源于欧洲、北美发达地区,其中欧洲以德国为比较符合购买者的喜欢,北美地区以美国为主。由于语言、市场了解程度和对产品认证的了解信任度,让购买者很难选择到值得信赖的品牌,多数在选择品牌的过程要依靠销售人员的介绍。在持续市场的需求量增大时,就出现了一切让人意想不到的或是不诚信的现象发生。

First of all, building materials in Europe and North America are basically sold in shop similar to Chinese supermarkets. Well-known building materials supermarkets in Europe, such as OBI in Germany, Leroy Merlin, Adeo and B&Q, and Homedepot, Lowes such a large building materials market to complete sale, they have a strict pre procurement quality evaluation system and strong after-sales ability. Second, the sales of building materials in Europe and the United States do not depend on the brand to create popularity in business. It mainly depends on the perfect third-party market certification system. Certification is also a way to ensure the quality and reputation of products. Therefore, in developed countries, as long as there is certification and sold in the large building materials market, they can be selected on demand, and the brand difference is small.

First, find a professional design organization, which is a very expensive service, then purchase materials and find licensed construction personnel. This series of services are extremely expensive and often compromise in terms of cost, Generally, the simplest equipment is selected according to the required functions. Of course, such service can ensure the effect of the system without considering the high cost. Therefore, the attention to the brand in the HVAC system is not high, mainly the design and construction team is selected in terms of price and service cycle.

宫:对于中国购买者选择产地为欧美发达国家地区的品牌您有什么建议?

IS: I think if you like the brand of building materials in developed areas, you must like the quality of this brand and install it in the building to improve the quality of life. However, brand screening needs to be carried out in the process of marketing, which itself is a more complex work. When purchasing building materials, if it is the expectation of quality, it depends on whether the brand has the certification for this product in its country. You can check with the certification authority through the certificate, including DVGW in Germany, WRAS in the UK, NF in France, AENOR in Spain, WaterMark in Australia, UPC, NSF, UL in the United States, CAS in Canada, etc, The second is to see whether it is sold in the main building materials markets in the country of origin, such as OBI in Europe, Adeo, Homedepot and Lowes in North America. These are all ways of inquiry.

IS: In terms of system service, we should pay more attention to the design ability and construction ability of service institutions, or whether they have the ability of long-term after-sales service. At present, there is no certification as a basis in China. Personally, I suggest focusing on the quality, brand and certification of equipment installation auxiliary materials, because this is also the guarantee of system operation quality, and then the design ability, Whether there is a professional design team and whether they understand the design standards can also be used as a reference for judgment. The most important thing is the ability of construction and after-sales, whether the construction meets the Chinese or international construction standards, and whether the acceptance is based on the use results. As for the brand, China is currently the largest manufacturing country in the world, most Chinese brands also have good quality performance and have achieved good market performance in developed countries. They should be selected according to actual needs.

IS在系统服务上,其实应该更关注服务机构的设计能力和施工能力,或者是不是有长期售后服务的能力,这个在中国目前还没有认证作为依据,我个人建议重点关注设备安装辅助材料的质量、品牌、认证,因为这也是系统运行质量的保障,然后是设计能力,是否有专业的设计团队,是否了解设计标准,也可以作为判定的参考,最重要的就是施工和售后的能力,施工是否符合中国或者国际施工标准,在验收的时候是否是针对使用结果进行验收,至于品牌,中国目前是全球最大的制造国家,多数中国品牌也有较好的质量表现,在发达国家也取得了不错的市场业绩,要根据实际需求进行选择。
