刘秘新作 | 解锁自然密码,多元交互的场景化餐厅

质而实绮,癯而实腴,对空间与美味的期待,皆愿如此。

内在延续

一方水土养一方生灵,秉承为食客提供最原始食材的理念,鱼驿涧自国家一级水源地——重庆巴南观景口水库甄选优质鱼源;并以当下流行的“食疗”概念为切入点,通过二十四节气与食疗养生的探索研究,顺应食材的自然特性及营养融合转化,以「鱼」为核心衍生出一系列特色主题菜品。

One side of the water and soil nourishes the other side of life, adhering to the concept of providing diners with the most original ingredients, Yuyijian selects high-quality fish sources from the national first-class water source - Chongqing Banan Guanjingkou Reservoir.

提取品牌核心理念,在鱼驿涧餐厅的创作中,MYD美愿设计团队从经营者与食客角度思考设计的价值,解读二十四节气与食疗养生间蕴含的自然密码,结合光影、自然、艺术塑造用餐情境,为食客打造一处兼具视觉感官、情感交互、自然体验的多元空间。

Extracting the core concept of the brand, in the creation of Yuyijian Restaurant, MYD design considers the commercial value of the design from the perspective of operators, feels the pleasure of the space from the perspective of consumers, and interprets the natural relationship between the twenty-four solar terms and diet and health preservation.

餐厅主入口是对品牌简单却涵义深厚的内在精神性的延续。设计师刘秘结合植物、水泥涂料造境,呼唤原始、天然的力量;在简单的线性灯与logo的映衬下,餐厅门头愈显深邃,引人「千里觅此味,一品鱼驿涧」。

The main entrance of the restaurant is a continuation of the brand's simple yet profound inner spirituality.

Rejuvenation

年轻化

在一层卡座区,设计师尝试以更开放、年轻的空间姿态去接待社区朋友。趣味的窗洞造型搭配镜面效果,在视觉上延伸了空间纵深感,扩展了空间界面。四座与六座型卡座区的设置,满足了不同小型群体的聚会需求。水磨石地面经研磨、抛光后连接密实,整洁美观,强调着原生材料本身的属性与美感。

In the booth area on the first floor, the designer tries to receive community friends in a more open and youthful space. The interesting window shape and mirror effect visually extend the depth of the space and expand the space interface.

置物格上陈列着的特色竹叶酒,构成了一幕幕与朋友小聚的微醺时光,并以艺术性的陈设串联起食客对整体空间的体验感,加深品牌印象。

The special bamboo leaf wine displayed on the shelf constitutes a scene of drunken time with friends, and the artistic display connects the diners' sense of experience to the overall space and deepens the brand's impression.

在这里,设计师适度地引入自然与场景化设计,营造一个安宁、不浮躁的社交与就餐氛围,让食客与好友全然融入在这份烟火气里。

Here, the designer appropriately introduces natural and scene-based design to create a peaceful and non-impetuous social and dining atmosphere, and fully integrate with friends in this firework atmosphere.

联动门赋予空间多元变化,让包厢在开放、私密两种形态间自由切换。墙体的弧度、圆形线性灯与绿色背景墙以更年轻的姿态面向食客,散发鲜活的生命力。

The curvature of the wall, the circular linear lights and the green background wall face the diners with a younger attitude, exuding fresh vitality.

Natural interaction

自然交互

延续整体空间的设计语言,餐厅三层在强调空间的自然属性的同时,采用包厢的形式营造空间私密性,以作商务接待之用。没有过多工业化标识,食客循着自然光的指引,缓缓步入私密包厢。

Continuing the design language of the overall space, while emphasizing the natural attributes of the space, the restaurant on the third floor adopts the form of a box to create space privacy for business reception.

结合二十四节气与食疗养生之道,设计师按四季规律、由外至内地以节气为各包厢命名,却并不特意限定情境。

Combining the twenty-four solar terms and the way of diet and health preservation, the designer named each box according to the laws of the four seasons.

所有包厢皆由水泥涂料修饰,呈现空间本身的原始、自然之美,仅以或拱形、或方正、或周圆的顶面造型加以区分,商家可顺应节气变化灵活地更换空间的艺术装置与食谱。在这样的空间里,食客与空间交融,与自然交互。

All boxes are decorated with cement paint, presenting the original and natural beauty of the space itself, which is only distinguished by the top shape of arch, square, or circle.

外表简单质朴,内里却美丽而丰富。正如品牌所传递出的内涵,设计师刘秘从经营者的角度思考空间商业价值,从消费者的视角去感受空间的愉悦度以及归属感后,传达出空间自然、生态、鲜活的多元属性的同时,亦通过设计内化、塑造品牌形象,为品牌赋能。

Just like the connotation conveyed by the brand, designer Liu Mi thinks about the commercial value of space from the perspective of operators, and after feeling the pleasure and sense of belonging of the space from the perspective of consumers, conveys the natural, ecological and fresh multi-attributes of the space.
