当建筑生长于悬崖之上，人们蜗居的，也不再是一个个牢笼般的盒子，交错的几何构件落于云崖之间，随山而散，如同一个个漂浮的萤火。

 

作品赏析

这是一场崖上文旅社区实验，在时代浪潮的暗涌中，内心的引力将我们导向时间悬置的群山与上涨的水面，我们试图构造一方与世隔绝的土壤，用簇新的意识形态代替陈旧的建筑肌理，在悬崖上建造一座天空之城，想象世界存在的另外一种形式。

This is a social experiment at the cliff. Among the undercurrent of our times, the attraction inside our souls leads us to the mountains and rising rivers suspended by the time. We try to create the land that’s isolated from the secular society and to replace the old architectural texture with new ideology. Upon the cliff we build the castle of the sky. It’s another form of the world we imagine.

 

 

项目位于浙江省丽水市景宁畲族自治县，占地117478.31㎡，其中建筑面积达46526.92㎡。

废弃的采矿景观，与当地的畲族文化，破败的废墟与瑰丽的图腾，带来强烈而鲜明的碰撞，是引领我们到达的线索。我们希望融合悬崖、矿洞、温泉等在地意象，以完整的社区化思想作为脉络，设计一座以共生主义为理念的“城市”，唤醒当地的文旅资源。

The project is located in Jingning She Autonomous County in Lishui, Zhejiang. The occupation of land is 117478.31㎡ in which the architectural area is 46526.92㎡.

The discarded landscape of mining generates stark contrast to the local She culture, the wasted ash and the splendid totem. It’s the clue that leads us to the destination. With the complete community-based thought as the skeleton, we hope to design a neoconceptual city with the concept of symbiosis to awake the local resources of cultural tourism by mixing up the symbols of cliffs, mines, hot springs and so on.

From the She cultural totems, geometrical patterns are extracted to be mixed with design techniques in order to link the corresponding relation between culture and cultural tourism.

 

“随山散处，巢居崖处”。

范绍质在《瑶氏记略》中，如此描述畲寮的状态。我们提取其中所描述的山居状态，摄取畲寮“介”字形的建筑特点，再依据畲族文化图腾中的几何符号，最后中提炼出“三角现象”的视觉符号，从三角形坡顶的建筑概念，到由三角组成的平面设计，将畲族的原始文化符号根植于现代化的建筑之中。

Living scattered along the mountains and setting nests at cliffs.

In Yao’s Brief Notes written by Shaozhi Fan, the huts of She people are described. From this we extract the state of living in mountains as it has described within. She huts’ architectural characteristics of the shape of the Chinese character Jie is adopted. And then according to the geometric patterns from She county’s totems, we finally extract the visual symbol of triangulation. From the architectural concept of the triangle top of the mountains to the plane designs composed of triangles, we root the original cultural symbols of She county into the modern buildings.

 

 

01 | 开放的居住关系

01 | Open living relations

居住的形式破除城市规整有致的排布，模拟在地老矿区在自然环境下，随山而造的建筑特征。建筑零散而交错地存在，通过街区相互串联，引导人们在居住的过程中，不断穿梭于各个体验模块，从而形成良性、可协调的交互形式。

The living forms break the orderly arrangement of cities. We imitate the natural environment of ancient mining zones and the architectural characteristics of building along mountains. Buildings exist at random and some intersect with each other. We lead people to travel among different experiencing modes in the process of living to welcome the benign and harmonious interactive form through the interaction of blocks.

 

 

以白色建筑为空间主要的载体，剖出零散的切面映衬明丽的自然。建筑与人、与空气结合为一个完整的整体，几何线条切割出阳光存在的具体形状，于是时间的流逝过程被清晰地反馈于在住者的认知。

引人专注于当下情境的感知，是我们通过建筑集群构筑文旅项目的原生目的。

White buildings are set to be the main carriers in space to setting off the bright nature by cutting out separated sections. Buildings, people and the air together are mixed to be an entire unity. Geometric lines slice sunshine and make specific shapes in existence. Then the passing process of time is clearly reflected in the cognition of residents.

Catching people’s eyes to the feelings and cognitions of the situations at the moment is the original goal of the building of the cultural tourism project through building cluster.

 

 

02 | 交织的体验形式

02 | Interactive experiencing forms

一栋依水而建的建筑，是天空之城社区衍生出的中心场域之一，集书局，艺术展厅，接待中心于一体。

空间的语言与情感，弥散在行走的过程中，如同一席巨大的白布，随步伐的深入逐渐舒展开来，联络起艺术、自然、建筑之间的透明边界。

A building that’s founded beside rivers is one of the central districts derived from the neighborhood of the castle of the sky which includes publishing houses, art exhibition halls and reception centers into one.

The languages and emotions of space permeate among the course of walking. Just like a huge piece of white cloths, it’s recovered gradually with the deepening of footsteps, relating the transparent edges of art, nature and architecture.

 

 

不止有可生长的植被代表生命，随时间侵蚀而不断改变肌理状态的建筑也同样代表生命。

我们试图诠释一种全新的内外互动关系，几乎完全敞开的结构更为立体地交织出，建筑中人工与自然的痕迹，同时引入当地悬崖、矿洞与温泉等元素，深化文旅社区的在地性表达。

The growing vegetation can represent life, and the buildings that change their texture states constantly as time erodes can also represent life.

We try to explain a brand new interactive relation between inside and outside and to interweave the footprints of the nature and artificial forces in a more explicit way by adopting an almost complete open structure. At the same time, we bring in the local elements of cliffs, mines and hot springs to deepen the local expression of cultural tourism.

 

 

向外，代表建筑与自然的关系；向内，则是探讨人与空间的关系。

在结构的处理上，通过规划阳光行经的路径，规划人在其中行走的痕迹，让动态生命呈现于静态框架之中，于是原本无声的场域仿佛有音乐漫过，叮铃而响。

To the outside, we represent the relationship between architecture and the nature. To the inside, we seek for the relationship between humans and space.

In the disposition of structures, we plan the courses of people walking within through arranging the paths on which sunshine passes to reflect the dynamic life to the static frame. In this way the former silent zones seem to be permeated with music, jingling.

 

 

03 | 自由的互动方式

03 | Free communicative ways

作为天空之城的中心衍体，提供餐厅、茶室、酒吧、射击场等多种商业模式，形成完整的文旅闭环，牵动整个社区的良性运转。

人们可以通过崖间火车与行走的方式，穿梭于不同的功能区域，感受相互渗透存在的建筑单元。

As the central derivative of the castle of the sky, it provides canteens, tea houses, bars, shooting areas and other commercial places to create a complete closed loop of cultural tourism and therefore to stimulate the benign running of the whole society.

We can travel among different functional zones to feel the building units that interpenetrate with each other by the ways of trains among cliffs and walking.

关于设计机构

美栽堂 - 筑造社，成立于2013年，中国温州，是一家结合多领域与学科的建筑规划设计团队。以人文主义为核心理念，在景观建筑、艺术、商业空间、建筑材料研发等领域进行创作，并尝试将建筑与不同媒介对接，输出城市、自然和建筑观点的开放创作机构，希望用建筑思维和艺术生产的方式，为人们提供更好生活的作品。

MZT-Architectural Society, founded in 2013 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, is an architectural planning and design team that combines multiple domains and disciplines. With the core concept of humanism, it creates in different fields of landscape architecture, art, commercial space, architectural material developing and so on. It also tries to link buildings with different media to organize open-minded design studios which output opinions upon cities, art and architecture. It embraces the hope of providing people with better living products by the ways of architectural thoughts and artistic production.

 

金腾奖

2023金腾奖继续展现其对于设计行业的深厚影响力。自4月份在意大利米兰召开发布会并开启征稿后，设计师们纷纷响应。虽受宏观经济影响，可交付参赛的设计项目数量有所放缓，但令人欣喜的是，收到的作品在品质上有了明显提升，为赛事的激烈竞争增加了不少看点。

 

本届大赛累计收到了全球设计师提交的3188套作品，这些作品覆盖了私宅、酒店、地产、餐饮、办公、公共、商业、公益、产品等设计类别。为了确保比赛的公正性和专业性，金腾奖组织委员会对所有提交的作品进行了严格的筛选和审核。

 

在淘汰了部分资料不完整、效果图或涉及版权争议的作品后，最终确定了2329套有效参赛作品。经过评审团的精心筛选，最终选出了100套“2023第七届金腾奖年度设计大奖”杰出作品，这些获奖作品将在11月的颁奖典礼上进行颁发，并在当天公布10大“年度金奖”和“年度人气设计师”。
