最后出现在你的嘴角。

我们都在风景里，而它在你的掌心，

画入你的背影，倒在杯子里，写在脸上。

「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求」

本案业主是一对95后小夫妻，男帅女美，喜欢浪漫，喜欢的颜色有奶白色、棕色，还可以带点绿色，所以我们最终给其定位为美式复古风。功能上要求有足够的收纳储存空间，整体空间明亮宽敞，空气流通，生活动线合理，居住起来舒适惬意。结合他们对功能的需求和生活方式，设计师对房子进行重塑，最终呈现一个复古浪漫如画般的美居。

原始结构图

改造点：

1.厨房过于狭长，动线不合理利用率不高。

2. 南小卧飘窗鸡肋，空间也浪费。

3. 原户型阳台不够通透。

4. 主卧室布局没有新意。

改动：

1. 厨房分出一部分用作入户的鞋帽厅。

2. 儿童房借用飘窗做排骨架床，提高空间利用率。

3. 客厅阳台打通，与院子做全敞开式折叠门，使得整个空间更加宽敞明亮。

4. 主卧区域和小房间拆除墙体，重新规划。

01.

Foyer

门厅‍

门厅更像是温暖的阳光，一切都以留米色为背景，停留一抹暖色油画，这就是她家门口的色彩故事。

The foyer is more like warm sunshine, everything is set against a beige background, with a touch of warm oil painting lingering. This is the color story of her doorstep.

入户右手边为改造厨房后的独立鞋帽间，整排收纳功能强大，配置了镜面门板柜，结合实用度的换鞋凳。功能美观集全一体。左手边设计了悬空的玄关柜，进门随手放一下小物件，同时也提供了足够的储物空间收纳雨伞、鞋物。

On the right side of the entrance is an independent shoe and hat room that has been renovated into a kitchen. The entire row has powerful storage functions, equipped with mirrored door cabinets and a practical shoe changing stool. Functionally beautiful and fully integrated. A suspended foyer cabinet is designed on the left side, allowing for easy storage of small items upon entering, while also providing sufficient storage space for umbrellas and shoes.

The sitting room

客厅

季节更替，新的故事在这里悄然生长。悬吊的电视背景，打破了常规的布置，拉长了观影距离，给人更为震撼的观影体验。配上巨幅壁画电视，氛围感神器。地台为了让背景比例关系，我们没有选择成品，选用宝格丽岩板定制，花纹鲜明，线条简约硬朗，避免过度甜腻感。

The foyer is more like a warm season changing, where new stories quietly grow. The suspended TV background breaks the conventional arrangement, elongates the viewing distance, and provides a more stunning viewing experience. Paired with a huge mural TV, it is a masterpiece of atmosphere. In order to maintain a proportional relationship with the background, we did not choose the finished product. Instead, we opted for custom-made Bulgari rock panels with distinct patterns and simple and firm lines, avoiding excessive sweetness.

不想用浪漫形容风格，想用美式复古形容浪漫。通过户型的改造把整个空间打开，点缀石膏线条，简约不失精致。空间里即有奶油色系的温柔，又有美式的复古与质感。

The foyer is more like Wen not wanting to describe style with romance, wanting to use American retro to describe romance. By renovating the layout, the entire space is opened up, embellished with gypsum lines, simple yet exquisite. There is both a gentle creamy color scheme and an American retro and texture in the space.

蓝色的雪尼尔绒面沙发，配上那如梦如幻的蓝色花瓣，仿佛你瞬间就被带到了一个神秘而又浪漫的秘密花园中。

The foyer is more like a warm blue Chenille velvet sofa, paired with dreamy blue petals, as if you are instantly taken to a mysterious and romantic secret garden.

谈论到职住一体的布置时，业主希望客厅是个例外，这里是不工作、只放松的地方。我们准备了一个堪比软装秀场的客厅，屋主喜欢的家具、复古的软装单品，都能在这儿得到展示的机会，更成了不被定义的客厅。

The foyer is more like Wen discussing the integration of work and living, and the homeowner hopes that the living room is an exception, as it is a place where people don't work and only relax. We have prepared a living room that is comparable to a soft furnishings runway, where homeowners can showcase their favorite furniture and vintage soft furnishings, making it an undefined living room.

客厅的另一面设计了整排的收纳柜，开放与置物隔板的穿插，让整个柜子显得不那么呆板，同时增加了空间的层次感和质感。阳台柜选用了墨绿色，搭配上绿色绒料窗帘让阳台充满活力与生机。

On the other side of the living room, a row of storage cabinets is designed, with open and storage partitions interspersed to make the entire cabinet appear less rigid, while adding a sense of hierarchy and texture to the space. The balcony cabinet is selected in dark green, paired with green velvet curtains to make the balcony full of vitality and vitality.

Restaurant

餐厅

餐厅深棕色异形桌椅是具有分量感的主物件，于是特意搭配了黑色照面吊灯，中和了色彩和材质，使空间在视觉上免于失衡。

The dark brown irregular tables and chairs in the restaurant are the main items with a sense of weight, so they are specially paired with black illuminated chandeliers to balance color and material, making the space visually unbalanced.

另一侧墙面选择用复古的线条简单的装饰，搭配上充满生机的油画，再放上干枝作为点缀，使整个用餐空间显得更加精致浪漫。

On the other side of the wall, a simple decoration with retro lines is chosen, paired with vibrant oil paintings, and dried branches are added as embellishments, making the entire dining space appear more exquisite and romantic.

Kitchen

厨房

重新布局的厨房与餐厅形成了规整的一个空间，餐边柜设置了水槽，无论是洗水果，洗杯子，还是饭前洗手都很方便，悬挂中古挂置柜，可以摆放和家人的心爱收藏杯，集观赏性与实用性于一身。

The rearranged kitchen and dining room form a neat space, with a sink on the sideboard for easy fruit washing, cup washing, and hand washing before meals. Hanging a medieval hanging cabinet allows for the placement of beloved collection cups for family members, combining aesthetics and practicality.

Porch

门廊

将电视墙设计在卫生间的对面位置，既拉长了观影距离，又作为隔断避免了客厅与卫生间的正面相对，自然形成了大气的走廊区，给进入主卧室创造了仪式感。

The TV wall is designed opposite the bathroom, which not only elongates the viewing distance, but also serves as a partition to avoid the front facing of the living room and bathroom, naturally forming a grand corridor area, creating a sense of ceremony for entering the master bedroom.

Master bedroom

主卧室

主卧犹如家中的秘境，是更为隐秘的地带，在色调和风格上更为浓郁。中古皮具床选择的是简洁款式，无论是床头柔和的弧形，都为空间增添了温馨情趣。

The master bedroom is like a secret realm in the home, it is a more secluded area, with a stronger color tone and style. The choice of medieval leather bedding is a simple style, whether it is the soft curved headboard, it adds warmth and fun to the space.

复古吊灯配上暖色光源，会更加温暖，给人一种慵懒而浪漫的感觉，配上个性的油画，打破空间的沉闷单调，为空间注入活力。

Retro chandeliers paired with warm colored light sources will be even warmer, giving people a lazy and romantic feeling. Paired with personalized oil paintings, they break the monotony of the space and inject vitality into it.

床尾中古的装饰柜，靠窗飘窗台面闲来坐着感受阳光洒在身上的温暖，绿意的窗帘和木百叶搭配营造出了一个清新自然的氛围，让人感到舒适和放松。

A medieval decorative cabinet at the end of the bed, sitting leisurely by the window bay window countertop, feeling the warmth of the sunlight on the body. The combination of green curtains and wooden blinds creates a fresh and natural atmosphere, making people feel comfortable and relaxed.

Cloakroom

衣帽间

衣帽间设置了足够的收纳空间，开门与抽屉的相互搭配，收纳起来更加的得心应手。

The wardrobe is equipped with sufficient storage space, and the combination of doors and drawers makes storage more convenient.

梳妆台设置在窗边，搭配深色复古座椅增加空间的层次，营造出浪漫而不失优雅的氛围，并且可以使整个卧室更加高雅和温馨。

The dressing table is set by the window, paired with dark vintage seats to increase the level of space, creating a romantic yet elegant atmosphere, and making the entire bedroom more elegant and cozy.

Secondary recumbent

次卧

开发商的飘窗简直是巨鸡肋的存在，砸又砸不了，还占了卧室的空间面积！就必须要合理的利用飘窗这块区域了。与木作的结合定制了1.8米木排骨架大床。休息空间增加了，又多出了宽大的书房空间。

The developer's bay window is like a huge chicken rib, it can't be smashed and even takes up space in the bedroom! It is necessary to make reasonable use of the bay window area. Customized 1.8-meter wooden frame king bed combined with woodwork. The rest space has increased, and there is also a spacious study space available.

Toilet

卫生间

一楼的缘故，房屋格局可做调整，扩充卫浴空间，带来私宅的惬意放松体验。四分离的格局满足多人使用卫生间的需要，提高空间利用率，同时也可以让每位使用者都有自己独立的私人空间。

Due to the first floor, the layout of the house can be adjusted to expand the bathroom space, bringing a comfortable and relaxing experience for private homes. The four separate layout meets the needs of multiple people using the bathroom, improves space utilization, and also allows each user to have their own independent private space.

黑色的墙裙砖和小花砖地面经典搭配，营造出古典、高雅的氛围，配上复古的镜子和吊灯，更能让整个空间充满浪漫和情调。

The mirror and chandelier can make the entire space more romantic and emotional.

Garden

花园

一层住宅和院子交界面，重重功能竟无法取舍，连接着家和院子的既是落地折叠门设计，完全打开时在室内就能充分感知到有花园大自然的快乐。

The interface between the first floor residential building and the yard is so full of functions that it is impossible to choose between. The floor to ceiling folding door design connects the home and yard, allowing you to fully feel the joy of nature with a garden when fully opened indoors.

客厅背景墙面
