设计团队将了柔软的、雕塑感的家具和装饰照明融入空间，增强了艺术品的趣味性。

The design team incorporated soft, sculptural furnishings and decorative lighting that enhance the playful artwork.

同时，基于对客户的理想生活方式的充分理解，来精心统筹和布局空间。

Meanwhile，they wisely arrange space based on a now innate understanding of the way the clients desire to live. 

轻盈的木材和温暖的金属饰面贯穿空间始终，创造了一种平静、朴实、自然的共性叙事方式。

Light wood and warm metal finishes are repeated throughout the residence, creating a common style of narration with calm, earthy, natural tones.

在建筑的现有架构内进行设计改造，则需要采用一种如外科手术般的精确方法，它包含照明系统更新、AV集成和木制品定制等方方面面。更具体点说，从开放式起居室的柜架和电视存储层，再到主浴室的定制金属物件和玻璃隔板，均包含在内。

Working within the building’s existing architecture meant a surgically precise approach to updated lighting, AV integration and custom millwork and so an. To make it more specific,  it includes from the open living room shelving and TV storage unit to a custom metal-and-glass apothecary divider in the primary bathroom.

Unit Three

厨房像是一幅由轻质木材和混凝土制成的自然风景画。质朴天然的白色大理石操作台与浅木色地板，是天生的捕光容器，交织处一派影影绰绰的光影变幻。

The kitchen  resembles a natural landscape made of lightweight wood and concrete. The natural white marble countertop and light-wooden floor are born to be the light catcher, which is full of shadowy beauty.

坐在餐厅的灰面绒布椅上，手持一杯清香四溢的素茶，透过可自由推拉的玻璃隔门，即可一边与闲客谈笑人生，一边感受厨房中，漫溢在阳光下的烟火温度。

Sitting on a grey velvet chair in the dining room, holding a cup with fragrant tea, through a sliding glass partition door, one can enjoy life while chatting with the guests, and meanwhile feel ， in the kitchen, the temperature of daily life overflowing in the sun.

UNIT FIVE

Unit Five

卧室素雅而纯净。低调质朴的裸感白，诠释着简约而丰盈的美学理念。连一贯熠熠生辉、锋芒毕露的黄铜配饰，浸润在这一派静谧的纯净空间里，而显得愈发温文如玉。迎着晨光，摆上几株犹带朝露的花，手持几卷爱不释手的书，方能不负这大好时光。

The bedroom is elegant and pure. simple and  naked white, interpretes simple and rich aesthetic beauty. Even the  shining and sharp brass accessories, infiltrated in this quiet and pure space,  appear more gentle like jade. 

随附的化妆空间，延续的卧室的一贯基调。黄铜镶边的曲面镜置挂于墙面，下有一白色长方桌，配有一定的收纳空间。

The accompanying make-up space follows the consistent tone of the bedroom. The curved mirror with brass border is hung on the wall, under which there is a white rectangular table with some space for storage.

Workshop APD以重视自然、阳光与肌理的的质朴表达，将Tribeca Waterfront公寓打造为一个简练、豁达、低调的理想人居。任四时流转，而人们关于共赴山海的美好宣言则久久萦绕于心尖，万古长青。

Workshop APD makes Tribeca Waterfront Apartment into a simple and open-minded  ideal residence with the simple expression of emphasizing nature, sunshine and texture. As time goes by, people's  beautiful declarations about going to the nature will permanently last forever.
